Returns
Can I return my item?
Yes, we are happy to honour refunds within 14 days if you wish to return your purchase, providing the original packaging is intact and the item is unworn/unwashed. if we deem the item unsuitable for resell we may contact you to discuss further and charges may apply.
My purchase did not fit, or is unsuitable to wear, can I return this?
At Rawdah, we understand the need to try training gear on before you decide whether it’s part of your gym bag rotation, if the product has been worn for fitting purposes and hasn’t been worn for purpose, and there are no signs of defects/blemishes, we are happy to honour your return.

Shipping
How can I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email stating your order number and tracking details. please allow a brief period of time for this to be sent to you due to busy periods. we are an independent business and have all available hands on deck!
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, using the tracking number provided with our courier service you can track your delivery to ensure you’re home to receive your parcel and open your Rawdah training goods.
If I change my mind on an order, can I alter it?
Of course, your order can be changed up until the shipping is confirmed, after this point the usual returns process is applicable.
Do you ship domestically?
Yes, we ship from UK to UK and can ship international orders at a further cost. for any enquiries please do not hesitate to message us on socials or email.
Please note, door to door delivery is available for orders within a 5 mile radius of BOLTON.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards
Do you accept cash?
Cash payments are only available to customers eligible for Rawdah’s door to door service.
Can I split my payments?
Unfortunately we do not accept instalment payments at the moment, however stay tuned as this is something we are looking to offer in the near future!
